Q: I’m not an “artist”, can I still do this?

A:  Absolutely.  The idea behind the concept of “sip and paint”  is  not to create perfect art, rather, to host a fun social environment where painting just happens to be an activity.  99% of our students have never held a brush before.

Q:  Who teaches the class? A:  Local and visiting artists

Q:  What do I wear?

A:  While we will provide aprons, we recommend wearing something you  wouldn’t mind getting paint on- just in case!

Q: What types of parties do you hold?

A:  We do fun parties for all occasions.  For private parties call 781-400-3075

Q:  How long is each session?

A:  Parties are 2 hours. Evening sessions start promptly at 7 pm. You will need to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for seating.  

Q: How much is a class? A:  $35-$50 per person depending on the class.

Q:  What does the price include?

A:  We supply the Aprons, Canvas, Paint, Brushes and Music for entertainment. 

Q: Can we BYOB? A: Yes, Limited to Beer and Wine only!

Q: Can we bring our own food?

A: Yes, you can bring what you like.  Sips N Canvas does not serve food but there are several pizza places close by as well as a Brazilian and Polish restaurant right in the plaza.  

Q: Can children come to Sips N Canvas?

A: Sips N Canvas is for ages 16 and up.  For younger children please click the “kidz N Canvas” button on the menu.

Q: Are the party times flexible?

A: Parties can be scheduled weekdays and weekends.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Sips N Canvas is located in the retail strip at the Trackside Plaza with plenty of free parking.

Q: Do I need to sign up in advance?

A: Yes, because of limited seating, we recommend that you sign up in advance.  You can register online or feel free to give us a call to reserve your spot.

Q: If I come with a friend or a group, can we all sit together?

A: We always try to seat friends and parties together… just be sure to let us know when making your reservation and we’ll be sure to make the appropriate seating arrangements.

Q: Do I need a reservation?

A: Reservations are preferred since space is limited. You can register and pay online by going directly to the “CALENDAR” link and choose the painting you like.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You need to call within 24 hours for a full refund less the $50.00 Non-refundable fee.
